Join Sankofa Odyssey and the Universal Sailing Club as we explore the Elaphiti Islands archipelago. We will sail Dubrovnik, Croatia and the neighboring islands for 1 week of relaxation, dining, adventure and fun. When flying to Dubrovnik, Croatia from the US, you will land at Dubrovnik Airport (DBV), also known as Čilipi Airport. The airport is located approximately 15.5 km (9.5 miles) from Dubrovnik’s city center.

Your adventure begins when you arrive into ACI Marina Dubrovnik, Komolac on June 21, 2025 and board your yacht. Please arrive into the marina no later than noon on June 21.

Your adventure ends on Saturday June 28th 2025 at ACI Marina around noon. You must cover your own airfare and transportation costs to and from the marina.

Purchase trip insurance as there are no refunds.

Sail Safety: Sankofa Odyssey captains are passionate about safety, comfort and FUN. The sail part of the vacation will be crewed with certified Captains that know the waters and all the secret hangout spots where you may even be able to swim with wild dolphins. Our captains are experts at organizing the crew and ensuring we have a truly enjoyable experience. YOU NEVER LOSE SITE OF LAND. Our boats are never over crowded. And no worries if you have never sailed or cannot swim, that’s ok too!

Day 1: Dubrovnik 

Explore Dubrovnik: Start your journey at ACI Marina Dubrovnik. Spend the day exploring the historic Old Town, walking along the city walls, and enjoying the local cuisine. 

Overnight: Stay at the marina or anchor nearby. 

Day 2: Dubrovnik to Lopud (10 nm) 

Sail to Lopud: Known for its sandy beaches and tranquil atmosphere. 

Activities: Relax on Šunj Beach, visit the Franciscan Monastery, and stroll through the village. 

Overnight: Anchor in Lopud Bay. 

Day 3: Lopud to Mljet (Okuklje) (12 nm) 

Sail to Mljet: Head to the picturesque village of Okuklje on Mljet Island. 

Activities: Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, and dining at local restaurants. 

Overnight: Anchor in Okuklje Bay. 

Day 4: Mljet (Okuklje) to Korčula (18 nm) 

Sail to Korčula: Visit the historic town of Korčula, often referred to as a mini-Dubrovnik. 

Activities: Explore the medieval architecture, visit St. Mark’s Cathedral, and enjoy the vibrant nightlife. 

Overnight: Moor at ACI Marina Korčula. 

Day 5: Korčula to Lastovo (Zaklopatica) (25 nm) 

Sail to Lastovo: Head to the remote and beautiful island of Lastovo. 

Activities: Discover the natural beauty, hike, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. 

Overnight: Anchor in Zaklopatica Bay. 

Day 6: Lastovo to Mljet (Pomena) (28 nm) 

Sail to Pomena: Return to Mljet, this time to the village of Pomena. 

Activities: Visit Mljet National Park, explore the saltwater lakes, and rent bikes or kayaks. 

Overnight: Anchor in Pomena Bay. 

Day 7: Mljet to Dubrovnik (33 nm) 

Return to Dubrovnik: Sail back to Dubrovnik. 

Activities: Spend your last day enjoying the city or relaxing on the boat. 

Overnight: Return to ACI Marina Dubrovnik.
